I am of African descent, born in Ghana and raised in Kenya. I have been in America for the past 26 years and I am now deciding to relocate back to Kenya with my 2 young girls. My siblings and myself inherited some property from our late father that I think has a lot of potential. I have been freverishly searching the web to find some form of financial backing either in loan or limited partnership to enable me refurbish the 30+ room hotel situated on (salt water) waterfront . I feel that Kenya needs to have a GREEN HOTEL. This would enable the rest of the country realize that there are other potential means of energy readily available to us. Africa with all it's hot sunny days has yet to tap into this. The main rason is finacial. If any one has contacts or info as to where, how I can start with realizing this dream, please contact me at 646-296-6836 anytime.

I am also much interested in Solar products and believe Solar power can only save us from the fossile crisis. And I too want to install solar panels in my home but I am not rich enough to do that now because it cost much in our india. Such organisations should help people to install such ecofriendly products at home and to help the world in their part too.

I'm glad there are so many organisations aimed to help people in developing countries. I heard about several, but didn't know there are much of them. People should help each other when they have a chance and try to improve our World, our society.

I am searching for some organisation or somebody to finance me to build a solar powered system to generate electricity and solar powered airconditioner because this is the only way i feel my fellow indians will make solar energy as an alternative energy.

Excellent article !
I have been talking to anyone I meet about the advantages of buying green products and most people do not have the time or energy to educate themselves about products or services that meet this criteria. I have also been promoting a new company that will make it VERY EASY FOR ANYONE TO GO GREEN AND REALLY (I MEAN REALLY)EFFECT THE ENVIRONMENT!! TAKE A LONG LOOK AT THIS:
