Play The Game
So I was thinking (I really must stop). If I had sixty million dollars what would I do with it? Would I :
- a. Invest in a small wind farm (that would buy less than 20 generators).
- b. Invest the money to make more money because I know this isn’t a drop in the bucket compared to what’s needed.
- c. Bribe politicians to get the energy policy enacted that I like.
- d. Use the money to get exposure so I can tell people what I want them to do.
- e. None of the above – I’m livin’ large.
Just a little mental exercise for armchair generals.
If you need another diversion here’s a much more complex game (thank’s Digg) called Climate Challenge. It’s a lot of fun just going thru the tutorial. I think it does a good job of illustrating the difficulties involved in policy making.

Going to try and balance the two next time I play.
