		<description>Wow! Where were professors like this when I went to grad school? He is not only clear and logical, but his humor is completely disarming. His briefing is important too for every policy maker. It forces one to reexamine stereotypes and check our assumptions. 

The one thing he alluded to, was that market economies seems to be a precursor to any tide that lifts all boats in any country.</description>
