Go Green Expo

In 268 Days, New York City is Going Green…

On April 25-27, 2008 you are invited to exhibit in New York’s first ever Go Green Expo. The event will take place at the Hilton New York Hotel on 6th Avenue at 53rd Street.  This inaugural event will feature the latest eco-friendly products and services that all New Yorkers can learn about as well purchase to help reduce their environmental impact and lead a “greener” life.

There are almost always environmentally-friendly alternatives to everyday tasks and products,” states Go Green Expo’s CEO, Bradford Rand, “we hope to enlighten, entertain and educate both consumers and business owners with ways in which they can do their small part to change the current climate crisis that faces our world today.”

Go Green Expo will feature hundreds of companies showcasing the latest earth friendly products & services, dozens of interactive seminars, an eco-film festival, an eco-fashion show and a myriad of hands on demonstrations.  The expo will be divided into separate eco-pavilions including transportation, energy alternatives, home, green investing, organic food & wine, green office, health & beauty and a children’s learning center.

The event will kick off on Friday, April 25th with Go Green Expo’sGreen TieGala Awards Dinner. This evening will honor individuals from an array of industries who have made a positive impact with respect to our environment as well as raise funds for our non-profit partners.

As a way of spreading awareness and giving back to the green community, Go Green Expo’s CEO Bradford Rand will be donating booth space to a variety of distinguished non-profit organizations. Groups such as Robert Kennedy’s Riverkeeper, Bette Midler’s New York Restoration Project, The Rainforest Alliance, Treehugger, Habitat for Humanity, Conserve Our Ocean Legacy (C.O.O.L.), Earth Pledge, The Nature Conservancy of New York, Council on the Environment, Office of Recycling Outreach & Education, Greenmarket NYC, Green Mountain Energy, American Forest Foundation, Project Learning Tree, American Tree Farm System, Forests for Watersheds & Wildlife and Energy Watch: are all on board as the list grows weekly.

Companies that have environmentally friendly products and services are encouraged to apply for the limited exhibition space available at this unique expo by contacting Annie Steinberg, Senior Sales Director at 212.655.4505 ext. 229.

Plans are in the works to expand to major cities throughout the United States and eventually the world.

Warm Regards,

Bradford Rand
