		<description>agreed, the stupidity is mind boggling.  it would cost so little to extend/expand the tax credits and do so much good.  As a solar installer who sells systems, I know how far even a little tax credit goes in convincing people that solar is worthwhile. I can&#039;t believe both my senators in NC voted again it, especially when the solar industry here is just starting to create jobs and clean energy that are an economic and environmental benefit to the state

 It really is depressing, that&#039;s the best I can say about it.</description>
