How Much Destruction Will We Put Up With?

Seriously, when do we say, chopping the top off a mountain, killing a vital ecosystem, and poisoning a bunch of people is not worth “cheap” energy. Mountain top removal for coal (and eventually all coal mining) must stop, and stop now.
