Rick Perry Similar Tax Plan To Cain’s: Tax Breaks For Super Rich

Seriously what is is about these republicans and their tax cuts for the super rich? Cain’s is clearly biased towards the rich, and now Perry’s plan seems to offer the same discounts for the super rich. Its not just that they are giving giant tax breaks to the super rich, they are doing it by hosing the poor.
